The Operations division of an airline shall also have cabin crew to assist flight crew and perform in-flight duties. The minimum qualification for a cabin crew is 10+2. Operators recruit cabin crew and train them to the standard of DGCA requirements. Cabin crew shall also have to meet the minimum medical standards stipulated by DGCA.
